Trumbull County grand jury indicts 35

WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday indicted 35 people, including 13 who were secretly indicted.

Those charged are expected to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 25 before Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Andrew Logan. Those indicted include:

• Jamichael D. Anderson, 30, Estabrook, Warren, escape;

• James W. Chapman Jr., 30, Crestview, Warren, escape;

• Corey A. Snyder, 23, Ridge Road, Cortland, escape;

• Jalissa Morgan, 26, Tod Avenue SW., Warren, illegal use of supplemental nutrition or WIC program benefits;

• Joshua M. Richards, 36, Autumn Drive, Warren, possession of heroin with forfeiture specification, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, one count of having weapons under disability and two counts receiving stolen property;

• Cheryl J. Harris, 56, Highlawn, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• Alexis R. Estes, 25, Belvedere SE, Warren, six counts felonious assault, two counts aggravated vehicular assault and two counts OVI;

• David J. Diehl III, 39, Champlin Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and possession of heroin;

• Michelle L. Kihn, 44, Maplewood, Cortland, seven counts receiving stolen property and seven counts forgery;

• Leonard W. Pitts Jr., 38, Stonington Drive, Youngstown, possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs;

• Randy T. Weibel Jr., 32, North Ward, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Robert K. Sitko, 50, Huntington, Warren, breaking and entering;

• Jesse J. Adams, 31, Garden NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Tyrell J. Williams, 21, Deerfield SW, Warren, two counts felonious assault;

• Coby W. Strawn, 35, Palmyra Road SW, Leavittsburg, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Rawsheen D. McElroy Sr., 38, Northwest Boulevard, WArren, possession of cocaine;

• Autumn R. Everson, 20, New Castle Avenue, Pennsylvania, two counts harassment with a bodily substance;

• William T. Barker, 44, Honey Locust, Garrettsville, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• John W. Moyer, 29, Salt Springs Road, Warren, theft.

The grand jury chose not to indict:

• Richards, intimidation, and aggravated possession of drugs, which was added to another case;

• Thom J. Koby, 58, West Liberty, Hubbard, intimidation;

• Eric P. Barrett, 45, Diehl South Road, Leavittsburg, domestic violence;

• Pitts, two counts possession of drugs and one count of possessing criminal tools;

• Todd P. Floch, 57, Fry Road, Pennsylvania, possession of drugs and trafficking in drugs;

• Cherish M. Hauser, 35, Fry Road, Pennsylvania, complicity to trafficking in drugs;

• Timisha K. Alexander, 42, Hollywood Street NE, Warren, carrying a concealed weapon and receiving stolen property;

• Everson, two counts assault and one count each resisting arrest and criminal damaging or child endangering;

• Kihn, five counts of forgery and five counts of receiving stolen property that were added to another case;

• Robert Daniel Dotson, 35, Morningside Road, Niles, felonious assault and kidnapping.

Three cases were remanded to lower courts:

• Koby, misuse of credit cards (Girard Municipal Court);

• Floch, falsification and criminal trespass (Eastern District Court);

• Dotson, domestic violence and using weapons while intoxicated (Central District Court).
